I am writing to say a very big thank you for, indeed, giving me the confidence to smile again.
It is now over two years since I came to see you with all my doubts, queries and anxieties over the prospect of dental implants.
The idea of bone and gum grafts, temporary bridges and intravenous sedation made me very apprehensive. Fifty years of wearing a denture is a hard habit to break and I know I was nervous about committing myself to the treatment. Having said that, I can be quite honest and say that I had complete confidence in you right from our first meeting. I still surprise myself when I look back and realise that at no time, during or after any procedure, did I have any pain.
All in all, now I have my new teeth, I can truthfully say that I am delighted.
I would be happy to act as a reference to talk to anyone who might have any concerns. It certainly helped me to come to a decision when I had that opportunity.
One again, a sincere thank you for all that you and your team have done for me.
