The Role
We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our growing team at Crossbank Dental Care, based in Kendal, in the heart of the beautiful Lake District. As a vital member of our Front of House team, you will act as the "Managing Director of First Impressions”, ensuring every patient feels welcome, cared for, and valued.
The role involves a variety of tasks, including:
Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
Managing phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
Maintaining patient records and scheduling appointments
Providing administrative support to the wider dental and well-being clinic teams
Helping to create a positive, patient-focused environment
