It’s one of the most common questions we’re asked about implant treatment and we can honestly say that you by using sedation and anaesthetic you will not feel any pain during your procedure.
Like any surgery you would expect to feel some discomfort afterwards but rest assured, Neil will ensure that you leave the clinic with all the medications needed to keep you comfortable. We find that in the main, as long as you take the prescribed medication at the suggested time, then you will experience very little post-operative pain.
At Crossbank we have a dedicated group of Patient Ambassadors. These are all people just like you, many of whom will have had the same concerns about their implant treatment that you have. Our Practice Manager, Carrie, would be more than happy to put you in touch with one of our ambassadors who has experienced similar treatment. They will be glad to spend time talking to you about their experiences in their own words which we’ve found can be much more reassuring, than hearing it from us within a surgery environment.
If you’d like to speak with Carrie about any aspect of your implant treatment or you would like to be put in touch with one of our Patient Ambassadors she can be contacted here
