Dear Neil,

Well, who would have thought…. to enable a dental-phobe such as myself to turn up for a series of appointments feeling zero apprehension takes some doing and you have managed it.

And to think I made the initial appointment mistakenly thinking it was with the practice down the road (I have previously picked up a mate who had some sedation work done there). Such is fate.

You have a great ability to make the technically challenging (to a layman) sound as though it is actually very straightforward.

This coupled with your terrific patient management skills, makes it easy to understand how someone like me can feel so relaxed in your care. It doesn't lessen the achievement though.

I am very happy with the end result. My sincere thanks and please pass on my thanks also to your assistants.
